Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, fry the onion and pepper over medium heat with olive oil, until the onion turns translucent.
Step 2
Add the mince into the pot and stir lightly and gently until the mince is browned.
Step 3
Add the cans of tomato relish, a teaspoon of salt and sliced mushrooms.
Step 4
Close the lid and let boil on medium heat for 10-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are done.
Step 5
Bring a seperate pot of water to boil with salt and oil. Once the water is boiling, add the spagetti and let boil for approximately 10 minutes or until done, stirring through every 2 minutes.
Step 6
Once the mince pot is cooked, add tomato sauce to break the acidity.
Step 7
Strain the water from the pasta and combine the pasta and mince.
Step 8
Can be garnished with grated cheese of choice and chopped chilies.
