Instructions

Step 1
Add the potatos in to a pot and cover with water over medium heat and bring to full boil.
Step 2
Add the following ingredients to the pot.
hot saucehot sauce1 tsp
milkmilk2 cups
dried basildried basil1 tsp
baconbacon
Dried parsleyDried parsley2 Tbsp
saltsalt1 tsp
pepperpepper1 tsp
chicken stock cubechicken stock cube2
garlic powdergarlic powder½ tsp
Step 3
Add the flour and make a paste with a few drops of water before adding it to the pot to prevent any lumps and let the mixture thicken.

Step 4
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring occationally.
Step 5
Dish and garnish with cheese.
