Instructions
Step 1
Chop some garlic & shallots finely then add in a medium hot pan alongside a drizzle of olive oil
Step 2
Once your shallot & garlic is fragrant, add in your drained butter beans and give it a stir
Step 3
Add in the rest of your ingredients aside from tuna which you will be adding at the end on top of the finished dish.
Step 4
Simmer on low for 15/20 minutes. When ready, plate in your shallow bowl plate then top with the drained tuna fillets, basil or burrata if you have it on hand and serve with a warm piece of sourdough toast to dip.
