Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 2
In a medium, Microsoft-safe bowl, add mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic salt, baking powder, and a pinch of salt
Step 3
Microwave on high for 1 minute
Step 4
Stir in egg
Step 5
Shape dough into a 1/2" thick oval on baking sheet.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic parsley and parmesan. Brush mixture on top of bread
Step 7
Bake until golden, about 15 to 17 minutes.
