Step 1
Add the frozen tortellini to a prepared baking dish. Pour over the onion and consommé soups. Dot with butter and cover. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Remove foil and stir and continue cooking for another 20 minutes or until the tortellini is tender. Top with Gruyere and return to oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
