Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Step 2
Chop up your washed Cauliflower and pat it dry. You can include the stalk its yum.
Step 3
Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 4
Add the cauliflower and stir to coat well.
Step 5
Marinate the coated cauliflower for at least 30 minutes up to 12hr in the fridge.
Step 6
Add the cauliflower to a baking paper lined tray.
Step 7
Cook for 20 minutes then take out and flip the florets returning it to the oven for a further 20-25 minutes depending on how much colour you would like the cauliflower to have. I’m firmly in the extra brown camp.
