Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the kofte ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 6-8 koftes and shape into sausage like logs
Step 3
Chill for 10-15 minutes if you have time (to help them hold shape)
Step 4
Pan-fry in a non stick frying pan with a small amount of oil, turning until brown and cooked through or oven bake at 200°C for 18-20 minutes, turning once
