Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix the Batter: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a small oven- safe dish, then whisk together the egg yogurt, milk, honey, and protein powder until smooth

2.Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in flour and baking powder until fully combined and no lumps remain

3.Assemble: Pour batter into the prepared dish and evenly scatter fruit over the top.

4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden on top.
