Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic 2–3 mins. 3. Add chicken, seasonings. Cook until lightly browned. 4. Stir in mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini. Cook 3–4 mins. 5. Add broth, simmer 5 mins. 6. Remove from heat, stir in yogurt and Dijon. 7. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese. 8. Bake 20–25 mins.
