Instructions

Step 1
Add pork & flavor base to Instant Pot.
Step 2
Pressure Cook: 45 min high pressure +15 min natural release.
Step 3
Remove pork & shred coarsely.
Step 4
Reduce liquid on Sauté until thickened.
Step 5
Crisping Options: Oven: 425°F, 15-20 min, broil to finish OR Cast Iron Skillet: Sear in batches with oil or lard.
Step 6
Serve with warm corn tortillas, chopped white onion, lime wedges, and optional salsa verde or tomatillo salsa.
