Instructions

Step 1
Drain Lump Crab well, pick out shells. Flake with fork (pea sized of smaller)
Step 2
gently combine crab, mayonnaise, greek yogurt, egg, parsley, dijon, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Step 3
Start with 1/2 cup, mix gently, add more (up to 3/4 cup) until mixture holds shape when squeezed (dont overmix)
Step 4
form cakes and flatten into thick disks
Step 5
chill for 30 minutes
Step 6
air fry 375 for 8-12 minutes, (Can flip if desired)
