Instructions

Step 1
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally so there is a top and bottom half.
Step 2
Drizzle hot honey on bottom, then add the breaded chicken on top, ensuring each roll has a piece of chicken.
Step 3
Brush each piece of chicken with hot honey, adjusting the amount to your preference.
Step 4
Place top half of roll on top of chicken.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix butter, Italian seasoning, garlic, and salt and pepper. Brush over top of rolls.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add pickles and an additional drizzle of honey before serving.
