Nduja and Honey Wings

Instructions

Step 1
Separate the wings into drums and flats and add them to a bowl.
Step 2
Pour the lemon juice over the wings and give them a wash in the juice.
Step 3
Remove the wings from the bowl and dry on kitchen paper.
Step 4
Place the wings into a dry bowl and pour over the sesame oil and coat all the wings in the oil.
Step 5
In a separate bowl combine the cornflour, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder.
Step 6
Once the ingredients have mixed add the wings one at a time and coat in the flour mixture, tap off the excess and rest on a plate.
Step 7
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees spray the bowl and wings with oil and place them into the bowl leaving space between them.
Step 8
If using an oven lightly oil a baking tray, spray the wings with oil and place into a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Step 9
Cook the wings until golden brown, this should take around 25mins.
Step 10
While the wings are cooking melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
Step 11
Once the butter has melted stir in the Nduja paste and combine with the melted butter then add in the honey and stir until all the ingredients have combined.
Step 12
Turn off the heat.
Step 13
Place the cooked Wings into a large bowl and pour the sauce over them and toss or stir making sure all the wings are coated in the sauce.
Step 14
Place up and serve, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
