Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet or pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Season steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes until brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in Sriracha, honey BBQ sauce, beef broth and cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 5
Add uncooked pasta, stir well, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
Step 6
Return steak to pan along with smoked paprika and parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Stir until the sauce thickens and cover the pasta evenly.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot, straight from the pan.
