Instructions
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 325°F

2. Dry off turkey with paper towels and stick in a roasting pan uncovered.
Step 3
3. Generously season with Salt (no iodized salt) and pepper.
Step 4
3. Melt a stick of butter. You will have to melt additional butter to continually Baste the turkey.
Step 5
5. Baste the turkey with the melted butter.
Step 6
6. Every hour and fifteen minutes last the turkey with melted butter. Adjust for the poundage of the turkey.
