Instructions

Step 1
1. Start quinoa: rinse ½ cup quinoa and cook with 1 cup water. Simmer covered for 15 minutes, then fluff.
Step 2
2. In a skillet, heat oil on medium. Add chopped chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until browned.

3. Add onions and garlic, cook 2 minutes.
Step 4
4. Stir in frozen veggies and cook another 5–7 minutes until soft.
Step 5
5. Add cooked quinoa and herbs. Toss to combine, season to taste.

6. For baby: set aside a small portion before seasoning.
