Instructions

Step 1
Melt all the butter in the microwave.
Step 2
Sift cocoa powder and sugar into the butter and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Add in the espresso powder (optional), eggs, salt, and vanilla into your mixture. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this step.
Step 4
Cut up your chocolate into pieces and add them into your mixture, then add in the flour.
Step 5
Fold gently until the flour disappears from the mixture and it's ready.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and bake for 35-40 minutes depending on how you want the brownies to come out.
