2 cupsFresh Spinach

1Zucchini
small, diced
2 clovesGarlic
minced
½ tspRed pepper flakes
optional
¼ cupGrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess liquid.
Step 2
2. Add the diced zucchini and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
Step 3
3. Wilt the spinach by tossing it into the pan. Stir for 1–2 minutes until it collapses.
Step 4
4. Finish with red pepper flakes and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
