Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400

In a 9x13 baking dish, mix together coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, lime juice and rice vinegar

Stir in chopped bok choy
Step 4
Arrange frozen dumplings on top in a single layer
Step 5
Cover with tin foil and bake 25-30 minutes until dumplings are cooked through
Step 6
Finish with cilantro, chili oil, green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve.
