Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of HERSHEY’S Cocoa and salt in a medium saucepan
Step 2
stir in 1/3 cup of hot water.
Step 3
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil and stir 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add 4 cups of milk; stir and heat until hot. Do not boil.
Step 5
Remove from heat; add 3/4 tsp vanilla
Step 6
Beat with whisk until foamy.
Step 7
Makes about six 6-ounce servings.
