Ingredients

4wraps
9-inch, tomato basil, spinach or choice
0.25 Cgarlic and herb spreadable cheese
3 Cfresh baby spinach
chopped
1 Cplum tomato
chopped
2avocados
small ripe, sliced
0.5 Cblack olives
sliced
4 ouncecrumble feta cheese
0.25 Cred wine vinaigrette
12fresh basil leaves
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Prep the Vegetables
Step 1
Chop the spinach, tomato, olives and slice avocados. Blend all in a bowl.
Assemble the wrap
Step 2
Spread 1 tablespoon of Boursin cheese over 1 side of each tortilla. Divide spinach mixture among the tortillas. Drizzle with vinaigrette, feta and basil leaves. Salt & peppter to taste.
Roll the wrap
Step 3
Roll each tortilla cut in half diagonally or secure with plastic wrap to serve later.
