Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F or 175C and grease and lightly flour baking pan
Step 2
Mix wet ingredients: melt the butter on a microwave safe bowl, add and mash bananas, sweetener, eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Whisk dry ingredients: white whole wheat flour, baking soda, sea salt and cinnamon.
Step 4
Mix wet and dry ingredients, transfer to pan and bake for 45-60 min. Toothpick test, remove from oven, cool for 15 min, transfer and serve.
