Instructions
Step 1
1 lb pasta, 1 qt bbq sauce, 2 cups diced onion, 4-6 cups shredded chicken, 2.5 tablespoons butter, 1 tbs olive oil, 12 slices bacon, 1/2 cup scallion, 1.5 cups mozzarella, 2 cups cheddar
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 11x9 glass baking dish. Cook pasta al denté
Step 3
Heat butter and oil medium heat, add onions cook stirring until browned
Step 4
In large bowl toss pasta with chicken, 3.5 cups bbq, bacon, scallions, and cooked onions. In another bowl mix cheese together.
Step 5
Spread 1/3 pasta picture in dish and top with 1/3 cheese. Add 2 more layers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-30min. Remove foil and back another 10-15 to crust the top. Remove from oven and drizzle with more bbq.
