Step 1
Take the tofu out of the fridge 30 minutes before starting. Drain.
Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate by 30 seconds in a microwave or alternatively you can use a saucepan on a medium-low heat.
Step 3
Add the silken tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup and melted dark chocolate into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Once a consistent mousse is formed, it's ready.
Step 5
Transfer the mousse into the ramekins and top with coconut yogurt, fresh berries and flaked chocolate.
Step 6
Cover the ramekins with cling film and chill for an hour before serving.
