Sardine and Egg Salad

Here is a delicious, filling and nutrient-dense salad that you can quickly whip up from ingredients you probably have on hand.⁣ ⁣ Feel free to experiment with other ingredients for this salad. I think that avocados and grated carrots would be a tasty addition.⁣

2 x 4 ozcans of sardines in olive oil⁣
We recommend these sardines with bones
2eggs⁣
hard-boiled, chopped
1/4 cup chopped white onion ⁣
¼ cupwhite onion
chopped
¾ cupcucumber⁣
diced
0.25lemon⁣
Juice from
Mayo⁣
from Kitchen

Instructions

Step 1
Mash sardines in a bowl with a fork. Add all other ingredients, adding enough mayo to coat well. Taste and add more lemon juice or some salt if necessary. Serve and enjoy!⁣
