Instructions

Step 1
Dry Mix: In a bowl, thoroughly combine the flours, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder

Preparation: Grease a small baking pan with butter

Assembly: Layer the ingredients in the pan: - Start with a portion of the dry mixture (first layer needs to be thicker). - Add a layer of sliced bananas and raisins. - Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of the dry mixture on top.
Step 4
The Butter Trick: Using the tip of a knife, place small dots/pats of butter all over the top surface. This moisture is what "cooks" the flour since there are no eggs or milk
Step 5
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat (180°C / 350°F). Since this is a half-batch, start checking it after 40 to 50 minutes. It is done when the top is golden brown and the kitchen smells amazing
