Instructions

Step 1
Tip the chicken into the slow cooker. Scatter the garlic and ginger, then stir through the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, chilli flakes and stock.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Step 3
Mix the cornflower with 2 tbsp cold water to make a smooth paster, then stir into the cooking liquid. Cook on high for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Stir though cooked noodles or cooked rice, then scatter with the peanuts.
Step 5
Can be frozen for upto 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before reheating until piping hot.
