Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix oats, almonds, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and olive oil.
Step 3
Spread on the baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Step 4
Let cool before serving.
Step 5
Divide yogurt into two bowls, top with fresh strawberries and granola.
