Instructions
Step 1
Gather your ingredients and put everything in a clean, dry bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
Step 2
2 tbsp paprika,1 tbsp sugar,2 tsp oregano,2 tsp parsley,2 tsp cayenne pepper,2 tsp black pepper,2 tsp garlic powder,2 tsp coriander seed,1 tsp cardamom,1 tsp onion powder,1 tbsp salt
Step 3
Transfer your peri peri seasoning mix to a clean dry jar with a lid that fits tightly. If you have a jam funnel, this will help to avoid any spillage.
Step 4
Seal and store in a cool, dark place, ready to use in all your peri peri marinades, dips and chips
