Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until incorporated but be sure to not over mix.

Form into a loaf.

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 25 minutes, or desired doneness.

You can add in your favorite burger toppings. Some great additions would be bacon crumbles, sauteed mushrooms, and using swiss cheese instead of cheddar.

One helpful tip is to place a pan with water in the oven to prevent the meatloaf from cracking.
Step 7
This is another recipe that would offer a great way to include ground calf or chicken liver. Subtract a half pound of ground beef and add a half pound of liver for the substitution.
