7egg yolk

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk butter, maple syrup, oil, and sugar together well. Beat in egg yolks and extract until well combined.
Step 2
Fold in dry ingredients. Pour batter into prepared cake pan and bake in preheated oven at 175cfan 45-60mins or until springs back when lightly pressed
Step 3
While cake bakes, heat glaze ingredients on low until runny. When cake is done and still hot, pour half the glaze over. Allow cake to cool completely
Step 4
Cut cake in half, ice, sandwich back together. Apply remaining glaze. Decorate and set in fridge
