Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
In large non stick skillet melt butter and sauté down diced onion until soft
Step 3
In large mixing bowl add all ingredients except hashbrowns and reserve 10ish ounces of shredded cheddar for topping and mix thoroughly
Step 4
Once thoroughly mixed add hashbrowns and turn gently until incorporated
Step 5
Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and add mixed ingredients until level
Step 6
Top with remaining shredded cheddar and bake at 350 for 65 minutes
