Instructions

Step 1
Place the minced meat in a mixing bowl and grate an onion on a large grater. Then grate or press a clove of garlic.
Step 2
Add the two eggs to the meat.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4
Cut the bread into small cubes and pour a little milk into a small bowl. Just enough to easily absorb the bread and soften it. Then add this bread mixture to the meat, which we then mix well.
Step 5
Fry the meatballs, shaped into walnut-sized pieces, in plenty of oil.
