Mince the garlic and parsley.

To a bowl add all the ingredients. Knead the meat for about 5-8 min.

Form the meat dough into small balls. Roll them out lengthwise with your hands.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the meat rolls and fry for about 2min each side.

Sandwich

Step 5
Cut the bread in half. Spread the bottom half with the ajvar.
Step 6
Crumble the feta cheese on top and add the cevapcicis.
Step 7
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
