Sernik(Polish Cheesecake)
A delicious traditional Polish cheesecake, made with smooth cream cheese and a hint of vanilla. It is baked to perfection and topped with a rich chocolate drizzle.

Instructions
Step 1
Beat butter with one cup of sugar.
Step 2
Add egg yolks one at a time.
Step 3
Add cream cheese one spoon at a time.
Step 4
Add the flour followed by the maizena.
Step 5
In a separate bowl whisk egg whites until stiff with the balance of the sugar.
Step 6
Mix gently and pour into dish.
Step 7
Bake for about 1 hour at 170 Deg.
Step 8
Cool and drizzle with chocolate made as follows.
Step 9
In a pan melt 125 GM butter, add 2 spoons water, 2 spoons cocoa and 5 spoons sugar.
Step 10
On low heat stir continuously until the sugar dissolves.
Step 11
Cool slightly and drizzle over the top.
