16 ozcream cheese
softened
¾ cupsugar
2eggs
large
½ cupfresh lemon juice
1 Tbsplemon zest
½ cupheavy cream
1 tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). 🔥
Step 2
Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until sandy.
Step 3
Press mixture firmly into a lined 8x8 pan.
Step 4
Bake crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. 🔥
Step 5
Beat cream cheese until completely smooth.
Step 6
Add sugar and mix until creamy.
Step 7
Blend in eggs one at a time.
Step 8
Stir in lemon juice, zest, cream, and vanilla until silky. 🍋
Step 9
Pour filling over warm crust evenly.
Step 10
Bake 30–35 minutes until center is slightly set but jiggly. 🔥

Cool completely at room temperature.

Chill for at least 3 hours until firm. ❄️
