Mason Jar Ground Turkey Salads (Meal Prep)

MAKES 1 QUART MASON JAR OF SALAD.
Found this one on YouTube and changed it up a bit. I prep them two at a time. I also cook, portion and freeze the turkey for the jars I'm going to eat later in the week, then pull them out the night before to thaw.

Instructions
Step 1
To a quart mason jar add sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and Dijon mustard. Mix. (or you can mix in a bowl, then add)
Step 2
Over the dressing in the jar layer chopped peppers, chopped cucumber, egg, avocado, ground turkey and romaine.
Step 3
Screw on lid and store in fridge until ready to eat. When ready, dump salad ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
Step 4
I cook 20 oz of ground turkey (Aldi packs it this way) and portion it out into 5 servings. I make 2 jars at a time so everything is fresh. The 3 unused portions get frozen until the night before I'm going to prep them. I pull them out and let them thaw in the fridge so the next evening I can prep 2 more jars. The last jar (jar 6) usually has no turkey, but it's nice as a lunch salad for the weekend.
