Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix 4 oz shredded mozzarella, 4 oz shredded marbled cheese, 2 eggs, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, and 1/8 tsp salt until combined.
Step 2
2. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined 10” pizza pan using another piece of parchment and a rolling pin. Remove the top parchment.
Step 3
3. Bake crust at 350°F for 15 minutes. Pre-cook sausage and pepperoni while baking.
Step 4
4. Remove crust, place parchment on top, flip gently, then return to pan to finish baking.
