Instructions

Step 1
Set the air fryer to 200 degrees. Add the halloumi and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
Step 2
In a bowl add the cooked pasta and pesto, give it a good mix so the pasta gets fully coated.
Step 3
Assemble the salad by adding the salad leaves to a serving dish, spoon over the pasta, tuck in the tomatoes and finish off with the cubed halloumi. Enjoy 😊
Step 4
Tip – I make a batch of pesto and I freeze it in an ice cube tray, so you can just add it into any dish.
