Instructions
Step 1
Scoop small teaspoons of pistachio paste onto a plate
Freeze for 20–30 minutes
Step 2
Mix cake mix + eggs + oil → thick, sticky dough
Chill dough 30–60 minutes
Step 3
Scoop dough and flatten in your hand
Place a frozen pistachio center in the middle
Wrap dough around it and seal well
Roll into a ball
Step 4
Roll generously in powdered sugar (twice for best cracks)
Step 5
Bake on 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes
