Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350*F

Melt Butter
Step 3
Combine Butter, White Sugar, and Brown Sugar

Add Eggs, Vanilla, and Peanut Butter to Sugar Mixture
Step 5
In a separate bowl, combine remaining dry ingredients mix thoroughly
Step 6
Add dry mixture to the wet and mix until dough is smooth and consistent
Step 7
Finally, add and mix Chocolate Chips to cookie dough
Step 8
Line sheet tray with parchment paper and using 2-3oz scoop, scoop and place dough on sheet tray 2” apart

Place oven rack 2/3 of the way above heating element (2nd from the top wrack option). Bake 8-9minutes; allow to cool ON sheet tray for 5 mins BEFORE transferring to cooling wrack.
Step 10
To freeze leftover dough, line an additional sheet tray, scoop and set dough as individual cookie scoops on tray. Freeze on the tray for at least 30mins before transferring to freezer-safe plastic bag. Date & Label bag. Frozen dough is good up to 3 months. Thaw before baking.
