Benny's Sourdough Treats

Awesome way to use up sourdough discard and give your dog a healthy tasty treat!

Step 1

Mix discard, eggs, PB, and puree in a mixer or by hand until mixed well. I used a paddle attachment.

Step 2

Then add the oats and let sit for 30 mins to obsorb some of the moisture.

Step 3

Then add the flour and mix on low until not sticky. Tacky.

Step 4

Knead it to make sure everything is incorporated on a lightly dusted surface.

Step 5

Split in half and roll one side at a time in to a 1/4 inch layer lightly dusting to prevent sticking.

Step 6

Cut how ever you'd like. Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
