Instructions

Step 1
Add diced onion, chicken breast, enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning to the crockpot.
Step 2
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.
Step 3
Cut tortillas into bute-sized pieces. When chicken is fully cooked, shred it then add the tortilla pieces to the crockpot and stir everything together.
Step 4
Serve with cheese and other toppings as desired.
