Instructions

Step 1
Chop vegetables in food processor and add to a large saucepan with oil. Cook down. Add salt.
Step 2
Add chorizo season with pepper and cook down.
Step 3
Add garlic, Worcester sauce and lemon juice and cook for a further two minutes
Step 4
Add chicken, 1.2 litres water and the stock and the orzo. Cook for 10 mins.
Step 5
Add the cheese in stages. Once the orzo is cooked add the cream. Season if needed.
