Instructions

Step 1
To a bowl, add 2 lbs of wings

Add some oil and the seasonings (smoked paprika, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, cornstarch, baking powder) Mix the wings well until they are coated

Step 3
Put the wings in your air fryer or convection oven at 365°F for 30-35 minutes
Step 4
While the wings cook, add butter and chili oil to a pan, then stir to combine

Add a little bit of honey to the pan, squeeze the juice of one lime into the pan and add about a tablespoon of lime zest to the pan Stir to combine

Pour the prepared sauce on top of your cooked wings, then mix and flip the wings with the sauce until well coated
