Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl, add 2 lbs of wings
Step 2
Add some oil and the seasonings (smoked paprika, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, cornstarch, baking powder)
Mix the wings well until they are coated
Step 3
Put the wings in your air fryer or convection oven at 365°F for 30-35 minutes
Step 4
While the wings cook, add butter and chili oil to a pan, then stir to combine
Step 5
Add a little bit of honey to the pan, squeeze the juice of one lime into the pan and add about a tablespoon of lime zest to the pan
Stir to combine
Step 6
Pour the prepared sauce on top of your cooked wings, then mix and flip the wings with the sauce until well coated
