Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and grease a 9×9 dish.
Step 2
Whisk blended cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 3
Fold in chicken, sautéed onion, and most of the cheese.
Step 4
Spread into the dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake for 22–28 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Step 5
Let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
