Instructions

Step 1
Bloom gelatin in a few tbsp of water. Melt butter gently in the microwave.
Step 2
Blend gelatin, eggs, whites and butter in a blender until fluffy.
Step 3
Preheat stainless steel skillet until hot and turn down to a low. Put in a tsp of coconut oil. Pour in 3 small flapjacks at a time Cook until edges are lifting and flip to cook for a minute. Repeat until batter is done.
