Instructions

Step 1
1. mix together all the herbs and spices in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss until coated

2. put in the oven for 20-25 mins at 190°C.

3. Prepare all the veg. Trim the ends off the broccoli and cook the corn on the cob following the pack instructions

4. Cut the halloumi into slices (2-3 per person) and fry on a medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side - or until golden brown
Step 5
5. Cook the rice pack for 2 minutes in the microwave
Step 6
7. Once everything is cooked, plate it up and serve with side salad and sauces of your choice! e.g perinaise, nando's sauce, mayo
