Instructions

Step 1
Peel bananas then insert cocktail sticks about 3/4 of an inch across the banana . Now use a knife to slice the segments and make little banana lollipops .

Dip the bananas Into pancake batter and tap off the excess then fry in oil on medium heat until golden and crunchy. Takes about 20 seconds a side . Drain on paper towels then melt the chocolate in the microwave . Dip the banana pops into the chocolate and tap off the excess then let on a rack to cool ( if you can wait that long :)) ) This is optional but I like to add some crushed peanuts on top for texture !
