Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. In a deep pot blend the meat, bacon fat and spices together with a hand mixer until well combined and homogenous.
Step 2
Crack in eggs and beat again to combine. Pour into pie dish and sprinkle with cheese overtop. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Slice and enjoy
